Self-Centering Rotators
“Self-Centering
Rotators” are an upgraded version of conventional Rotators that
has a provision to slide the Roller in and out for adjusting the pitch distance
between the rollers over the Base Frame equally in both directions through a
lead screw arrangement having LH & RH Threads. The Lead screw mechanism can
be equipped with Motorised option as well as a manual handle version.
When the lead Screw is rotated,
the Roller Brackets move simultaneously towards each other or away from each
other. In a “Self Centering Rotator” there
will be twin drive arrangement. This type of design provides simultaneous and
step less adjustment of Roller housing and keep the axis always at the same
position irrespective of diameter setting.

Rotator” are required for applications where the diameter
of the job to be manipulated are of different sizes and varies time to time.
Hence with this Rotators huge amount of time can be saved as the diameter is manually
adjusted by the lead screw arrangement. “Self-Centering Rotators”
are featured with Torque-free axle shaft that implies easy maintenance and easy
replacement of worn out wheels. In a Self Centering Rotator, as the wheel
distance adjustment is infinitely variable, optimum work-piece position can be
attained. A Self Centering Rotator makes it possible, the alignment of shells
in a vertical plane.
