What is Hot Wire TIG Welding?
Hot Wire TIG Welding is an advancement to the conventional Tungsten Inert Gas Welding Process. A Hot Wire TIG can be both manual as well as automated process. This process is achieved by the introduction of Pre Heated wire instead of a normal Cold wire. This Pre Heated Wire allows an extended time for the molten weld pool to settle, during this time the deposition rate of the filler wire can be drastically increased. In order to reap the full benefits of Hot Wire TIG, it is always preferred to adapt an Automated Welding Process.
