Our PEB H-Beam Fabrication Line is designed to transform individual steel plates into high-quality H-Beams with precision and efficiency. The process begins by loading pre-cut flange and web plates onto the inlet conveyor. These plates, cut from standard industrial steel using shearing or plasma/oxy-fuel methods, are then aligned and tack-welded into an H-configuration using our advanced hydraulic fit-up system for effortless assembly.

The tacked beam moves to the Pull-Through Welding Station (PTW)—the core of the fabrication line—where continuous, high-accuracy welding ensures structural integrity and superior finish. Equipped with automated adjustments and digital positioning, the system guarantees consistent quality while reducing manual effort.
